Booking period

We will only hold your booking for 5 days. Your order will automatically get cancelled if we do not receive any payment within 5 days WITHOUT notice. 



We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mopenstore@gmail.com or send us a text on WhatsApp +673 821 1417. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as if items has been used. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Unless there is a defect on item, we do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.


Local Delivery
Contactless deliveries within Brunei will be sent out via various delivery serrvices where you will receive a text (before arrival) with an affordable rate starting from BND5. Kindly ensure that the phone number keyed in is correct as runners will contact you using the number in regards to the delivery. 

Delivery fees

Kindly take note that Mopen Store is based in Tutong

  • Standard Delivery (Takes 2 to 4 days for in-stock products)
    • $4 for Tutong
    • $5 for Brunei-Muara, Lumut, Sungai Liang 
    • However, $7 for Zone A and B
  • Express Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day; Place order before 8pm the day before)
    • $5 for Tutong
    • $6 for Brunei Muara
    • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Express Delivery for Zone A, Zone B, Lumut and Sungai Liang as of now. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. 


Zone A: Serasa, Muara, Katok, Meragang, Mentiri, Kota Batu, Sungai Buloh, Tanah Jambu, Lumapas, Pengkalan Batu

Zone B: Temburong and Kuala Belait 


All orders are dispatched and delivered by our personal runners, Monday – Thursday, Saturday excluding Friday and Sunday and public holidays.

Signature is NOT required upon delivery. It will be then your responsibility to provide a suitable place for the runners to deliver your items safely without damage. 

For those who opt for self collection, you will be able to collect your order within 3 to 7 working days. Please wait for us to notify you once it is ready. A pick up number will be provided once it is ready for collection.

Undelivered, Lost or Stolen Packages
Kindly ensure that the shipping details provided to us are correct upon placing your order as we are unable to take any responsibility when the parcel goes missing/gets return to us due to incomplete details. In this event, we are unable to provide any refund so please, please double check before confirming your order.

Pre-Order Items
If your order contains pre-order items, your complete order will be shipped after pre-order item(s) arrives. If you would like ready stock item to be delivered immediately, kindly place two separate orders.
